How to Request a Refund

2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow your bank or card provider a few additional days to reflect the refund in your account.

After a Refund

Once a refund has been issued, your access to the guide will be revoked. If you change your mind, you are welcome to purchase the guide again at any time.
